On Friday 5 June 2026, to mark the birthday of the President of Cœurs Braves, our association had the honour of making a donation to the SOFRECH centre in Bafoussam — a remarkable organisation whose mission is to support, mentor and nurture the fulfilment of people living with disabilities.
A day full of emotion
The day, rich in emotion and sharing, unfolded in a warm and brotherly atmosphere: a welcome address from the centre’s director, artistic performances and demonstrations by the children, parents’ testimonies about their children’s progress, the handing out of report cards, the donation, and a moment of conviviality.
The celebration coincided with the children’s end-of-year party. To make the moment even more enjoyable, Cœurs Braves offered several bottles of fresh natural fruit juice to accompany the festivities.
Beyond material gifts
But beyond material gifts, we wanted to convey something even more precious: love, attention, smiles, joy and hope. Every exchange and every shared smile reminded us of the importance of solidarity with the most vulnerable in our society.
Through this action, Cœurs Braves reaffirms its commitment to the values of humanity, brotherhood and social inclusion. We believe that together, through small gestures made with a big heart, we can light up lives and build a fairer, more caring society.
